About Us

Our Mission

Provide the latest news and research on matters pertaining to cyberlaw, internet law and governance.

Our Vision

Build a unique platform or news and research agency focusing on the politization of information technology and law.

Why Us

We're uniquely positioned with a diverse social media network and website to cover the convergence of technology and law.

Why IT Law and Politics

The convergence of information technology and laws that govern it has  steadily grown over the past several decades and has evolved into what  is now known as IT law or cyberlaw. The term cyberlaw is an umbrella  term or hypernym and includes a number of legal areas of law that  include intellectual property rights, privacy, and data protection, to  name a few.

Conversely,  Internet Law specifically addresses geopolitical borders or  jurisdictional boundary issues (i.e., local, state, federal and  international).  For example, GDRP which highly regulates data and  privacy within organizations in Europe is far stricter than U.S. laws  can create significant problems for American businesses seeking to do  business in those countries that do not comply.

Thus,  our mission is to focus on these two unique pardigms of law in effort  to inform the public of emerging regulations and politics that affect  them.
